Michele Carey, also known as Michele Lee Henson, is the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr who was a doctor as well as Thelma Burell Henson. She was born in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America, on 26 February 1942. As a teenager, she became an expert pianist, and was crowned the winner of a contest at the Chicago Music Festival. The family settled at Fort Collins, Colorado with her family. She completed her secondary education through Fort Collins High School where she completed her studies in the year 1960. After that, she relocated from Colorado to Los Angeles in order to find better job opportunities. Early in her professional career, she was a model and signed to the Powers modeling agency. When she was still modeling, she became more attracted to acting. Her work caught the attention of Hollywood producers when she was doing it. Her first appearance on TV was in The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Michele who turned out to be one of the famous American entertainers first had a modeling career and worked with the Powers agency before eventually venturing into acting in 1964 in the show The Man from U.N.C.L.E. In 1966, her role as Josephine Joey MacDonald in El Dorado was a major draw for interest. The roles she played in the 1970s and 1960s made her an acclaimed actress.
